https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D263898 Bug ID: 263898 Summary: SIOCGIFMTU not mentioned in netintro(4) Product: Documentation Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Manual Pages Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: xyesbee@protonmail.com CC: doc@FreeBSD.org netintro(4) does not mention a useful ioctl(), SIOCGIFMTU (Socket IO Channel Get Interface MTU). This is mentioned in OpenBSD's netintro(4) man page and Linux's netdevice(4) man page (man7.org). FreeBSD's documentation is however in if_allmulti(9).
