I'll go out on a limb and guess that the URL you really want
is:

http://www.news.com/News/Item/0,4,23145,00.html

(changing a letter "o" to the digit zero...)

Can we archive things like this somewhere, without getting
into copyright problems?  Some of these news sites clean
out old pages after a month or to, so collecting URL's
isn't always useful.
