Has anyone done any performance testing of Gig-E cards on FreeBSD? I need to run them with some high performance apps and I'm wondering what sort of performance people have been able to get, assuming large windows (up to 8 MB), with and without jumbo frames. Does anyone have any experience in this area? Thanks, R. Kevin Oberman, Network Engineer Energy Sciences Network (ESnet) Ernest O.
