I already mentioned that the r320472 change only matters for rare case of
user-IO streams, created e.g. by funopen(3).  As such, I do not think that =

change matters for mpd5.

I do not want to merge this stuff to stable/10 at the late stage of the bra=
nch
lifecycle.
