Hi, Thanks for the quick response! I have the same entry in my /etc/fstab. I also tried 'mount -t cd9660 /dev/acd0c /cdrom' but got no joy either. My CDROM is a DVD, would that make a difference? I'm thinking no, coz otherwise how could the CDROM be mounted for the installation in the first place. Hmmm, strange stuff.
