Around 2 weeks ago I started running into problems. This followed changing the
default login.conf to something a little more limiting for users.

My server (2 FreeBSD clients with several NFS mounts) goes down atleast once a
day, normally during the night. Unless of course I stay up for most of the
night with a bunch of stats windows open to see if I can catch the problem.
The system will either reboot, or it will lock up completely (network,
keyboard, and display).

I'm running stable as of yesterday, and it continues to happen. I can't see
anything obvious in login.conf that would cause this. Twice I've had it lock
up 5 minutes after booting, sometimes it lasts 48 hours.

Are there any known problems which could cause this?

I personally think it's just coincidental that the file was changed before the
crashing started happening. But it's attached anyway, as is my DMesg output.
Ignore the labelling stuff. It's been like that for a year now, and I haven't
figured out how to relabel something without having to boot with a bsd floppy.
(No floppy drive here).

Thanks!
