Unfortunately no If I set "regdomain ETSI" as ifconfig argument I it will force 5 Ghz ) then it will associate not counting on any combination of 0's or 1's set as both sysctls values. The only difference is the wifi operation mode. If I set "regdomain FCC" as ifconfig argument ( or omit regdomain at all ) then it can't associate not counting on both sysctls values.
