Edit the file /usr/local/etc/gdm/custom.conf and change from "0=Inactive" to "#0=inactive" CREATE A USER with group=wheel and password as gdm DOES NOT LOG IN WITH ROOT our UID=0 DONE... reboot the machine and log in in the gdm choose your country (language) in the login screen... Enjoy...
