This is quite a problem.  At one of my sites, I had occaision that
10-20 multi-megabyte deliveries would occur simultaniously.  If you're
using procmail, your only choice at that point is more RAM --- which
has led me to be procmail shy on my production machines.  Mail's only
going to get bigger.
