I have the same message regularly, but have been told that it is a
'normal' function of the driver, so don't fret.

However: See the thread on -questions entitled "Network Communications
stopped for no apparent reason?!?".  There I am seeing another error
which does appear dangerous, namely: "/kernel: dc0: TX underrun -- using
store and forward mode".

Have you seen any of those?
