If you add the following to the Makefile and files/md5 after patching with
the patch (I'm so sorry, I lost the email and don't have your name) supplied
for the ports tree, it'll work:

-- to Makefile --
PATCH_SITES=    ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind/src/8.2.2-P3/        
PATCHFILES=     patch4                         

-- to files/md5 --
MD5 (patch4) = b9b05dca4b591ad73b17f7262afa6636

Sorry if this is dirty, it is, but it worked on my system. Please note
that the MD5 on patch4 is from my machine after downloading patch4 from
ftp.isc.org, they did not provide an md5. I suppose it isn't needed if
you make without checksum, it's there for ease of use.
