The FreeBSD handbook as a single HTML file is nearly a megabyte an not much fun to manipulate in your typical browser. For shorter things, use <!DOCTYPE article PUBLIC "-//Davenport//DTD DocBook V3.0//EN"> <article> <artheader> ... </artheader> ... </article> which will generate a single file for the main text. Unfortunately this approach doesn't work if you want to use sgmlfmt as the transpecs don't correctly handle articles. -john
