I am running mod_php4 with apache 2.0.40. Look at my apache log when
starting the server :

[Tue Sep 10 11:43:50 2002] [notice] Apache/2.0.40 (Unix) PHP/4.2.2
configured -- resuming normal operations

I compiled it from ports : /usr/ports/www/mod_php4

# make -DWITH_APACHE2

And apache 2.0.40 was also installed from ports.

Regards
