Do what Windows does.  I admit, it's not technically to spec.,
but all these "broken" ASL/AML's out there were tested and
worked with Windows.

Figuring out what it does will probably take using "Sourcer" on
the VXD.  Any German volunteers with a copy of Sourcer handy?
