Been repeatedly hitting this over the past month. I noticed correlated issu=

with the CPU temperature monitoring, but I think those were a red herring. =
One
thing I can say for sure: turning off hyperthreading made this take a LOT
longer to happen. My best guess is that it's a race condition with locking,=
 so
the more cores you have, the more likely you are to hit it.

Notably, this IS happening on baremetal for me, though it's in a jail.
