There is a port in ports/www/netscape7, which does not have this problem
AFAIK.  To use it, you'll have to edit out the FORBIDDEN line in the
Makefile. After editing that file, you will also be able to install the
German-language version from ports/german/netscape7 (there are French and
Japanese ones too--they can all be installed at the same time).
