Hello freebsd-questions, I have a probelem with my IDE disk afther i installed a new GERNERIC kernel. The root partition, placed on ata0, can not be found any more. Jet all is ok, with the default kernel.GENERIC that comes with 4.5. Any idees what the cause and how to fix this? Way does it not come up with the kernel of Murray? tanks, alex This is what i see with the new kernel afther reboot: atapci0: <RZ 100?
