Hi Ruslan,
You can depend on the installed package name, instead of a file in the
port like so:
RUN_DEPENDS+= py-enchant>=0:${PORTSDIR}/textproc/py-enchant
If you require a specific version, just change ">=0" to the minimum
version like ">=1.4".
