Hi,
I've got one question about system logs and server security. As far I know there is a C function syslog(...) which may be used to write something to the system log. What should be done to prevent users from using it and doing nasty things with system log. Changing permisions to header syslog.h won't work of course. What should I do ?
I would be very gratefull for any answer
