I use 'make run' all the time and love it. I get to tweak things until they
look right before I commit. And the time it takes to run is less than a
full kernel build the first time, then instant for each change after that
(each time I save in emacs, it rebuilds). I'll have to use this trick,
though, since that would make it even better.
