Sorry, no on all counts.

The 68360 doesn't have an MMU either...  Although a FreeBSD port
doesn't exist for it either, an MPC860P (PowerPC) might be a better
target for an embedded "Unix" having nearly identical peripherals
with the 360.

For 68360 have a look at RTEMS ...
