The zoneinfo database for Australia/Canberra and Australia/Sydney
are wrong due to stupid political daylight savings changes.

Type "date". :)

Here is the corrected daylight savings Zone info file for Australia/Canberra.
Just replace "Canberra" with "Sydney" to update that one too.
