I've always been impressed by how simple to configure FreeBSD stuff is
when_you_know_how .... but unfortunately the experts (without denigrating
the many helpful folk in the mailing lists) ... in the course of becoming
such .... all too often lose track of many of the myriad minor but critical
steps that make all the difference... there is a surprising amount of "how
to do blah" stuff lurking around the net ... whether for FreeBSD
specifically or linux stuff that can be adapted ... but nothing in the way
of a summary of where to find it. I've been putting together a site with my
collection of helpful stuff but still a way to go before I'm happy with it.
