Just repeat your mail to ports@ and cc it to the port's maintainer. Ports PR's without fixes are not very welcome. Still if nobody answers your complaint, file a PR - or better yet, provide a fix (I think something like USE_LIBTOOL, but it requires some attention). Thanks
