AFAIK, ${DOCROOT}/en_US.ISO_8859-1/books/handbook/handbook.html is symlinked to index.html in the same directory. So it is possible to do: http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/ on the web too. Porters-handbook also uses index.html. This better IMHO because again, you can do: http://www.freebsd.org/porters-handbook/ BTW I do not seem to have book.html in my porters-handbook directory... maybe you built the single html file version?
