Looks like I'm just one voice in the cacophony... ;-) A modified version of the patch in kern/61122 has already been applied: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/usr.sbin/rpc.lockd/lockd_lock.c#rev1.7 I'm trying the patch from bin/61718 (after learning the joys of b64decode). I'll report back on my findings. Jon
