After looking at a bug report here:

I saw that disabling Hyper Threading might work for someone and I tried that. I
can boot up without SMP disabled or using safe mode when I have Hyper Threading
turned off in my UEFI.

So, I can now load FreeBSD 14.3-RELEASE and gather anything you request from me
data wise.

I don't consider this a complete solution though as I would like to have my CPU
working all the way to make compiling take less time.
