If compiling the port yourself, you now need origin net/mtr@nox11. If installing from pre-compiled packages you need mtr-nox11 -- the PKGNAME is unchanged. You're seeing the 'orphaned' description in the output of `pkg version` because the origin of the port you currently have installed no longer exists.
