Please see the emailed video. It shows a sixty second iperf3 test with the
output of top in the jail, and on the host.=20

This test used a local network Vlan for communication. So far as I can tell,
the performance is not impacted by using a Vlan on Vnet.=20

I tried using the PCBGROUP, and RSS options in the kernel configuration. The
kernel builds and installs fine. After reboot, I was able to ssh back in, b=
ut
it seems most networking is broken. Trying Iperf, Curl, Fetch all fail with
timeouts both on the host system and in a jail. Removing those options,
rebuilding the kernel and rebooting makes everything work again.
