>Description:

When using /stand/sysinstall, the CD-ROM drive can get into a state
where it is wedged - won't mount, unmount, or eject.

>How-To-Repeat:

Example 1: When installing FreeBSD.

Work through the menu's so that you're in the recovery shell with the
live CD-ROM file system mounted. Exit the shell, return to the
menu's. When prompted, attempt to eject the CD using the CD's eject
button - nothing happens :-(.

Example 2: On a normal system.

Run /stand/sysinstall. Select packages, and CD-ROM as media. Insert
the wrong CD (eg ports or live FS). sysinstall correctly notifies the
user that the CD is incorrect. Unfortunatly it also wedges the CD-ROM
drive. The eject button doesn't work and mount/umount report the
drive as busy.

Other notes:

workman (CD player) and various other CD software along with standard
mount and umount appear to work fine.

>Fix:

Reboot system? If this can't be reproduced I'll see about a trace of
sysinstall.
