Also periodically when the display server is running the screen w= ill blank out and my monitor acts like it is not receiving any signal almost as= if the display server crashed. FreeBSD version: 12.0-RELEASE-p3 xf86-video-ati version: 18.1.0,1 xorg-server: 1.18.4_11,1 Details on my graphics card from pciconf: vgapci0@pci0:10:0:0: class=3D0x030000 card=3D0x24601462 chip=3D0x67191002 r= ev=3D0x00 hdr=3D0x00 vendor =3D 'Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI]' device =3D 'Cayman PRO [Radeon HD 6950]' class =3D display subclass =3D VGA I am loading the kernel module at boot with the following in my /etc/rc.conf 'kld_list=3D"/boot/modules/radeonkms.ko"' Other than font and keyboard settings I'm letting xorg autodetect everythin= g at run time.
