To All, I am trying to set up a redundant firewall. I have the following setup: 2 network feeds <=> switch <=> 2 IPFW boxes <=> switch <=> web servers Questions: Can I alias the outside nics on the firewalls to the same IP so they both can filter and route to the inside web servers? If so, how? If not, how should I setup box B to filter and route if box A dies? Can I alias the inside nics to answer the same IP address to route packets back out? examples?
