It looks to me that either gptzfsboot should not look for some fonts or the buildworld process should install whatever gptzfsboot requires.  My cellphone video only has this visible for a few frames and the entire video only lasts 5 seconds after typing in my GELI password until the boot menu is displayed.

I think it is still valuable to other developers if you could show us what the exact error messages are.
