Been there, done that.  8( The problem is simply that without a
percieved corporate body (read "someone we think we can sue if it
doesn't work") behind the product, they won't bite.

We have one of those already.  (Hi Jordan!)  But a good rep isn't the
issue here; it's one of providing the appropriate sop to people that
are too blind or too stupid to deal with reality.
