LD_LIBRARY_PATH does not override the libraries, it _adds_ to them.
This is also definitely a HUGE KLUGE in this situation, in addition to
it not working.

Missing functionality?  People depend on the SSHes and other ports which
use RSA.  If you know it's broken, don't do it.
