Actually, it was not the OS upgrade, it was the upgrade of groff from 1.22.=
4 to
1.23.0. The groff argument "-man" does not longer works as in the past, you
have to use "-mandoc" now. This will affect all supported FreeBSD
release/branches (12/13/14/15). I will file another bug report for our tool
chain.
