If you have the walnut creek cdroms (4 disks) you can install it from
there.
Else, go to the ports collection at freebsd.org and grab it from
there.

You may in fact have already installed it but failed to start up. It
requires the command:

startkde

to be inserted into your .xinitrc  /   .xsession file.
