A friend told me you guys have a mechanism for distributing
non-exportable software.  Is there any way I can arrange to
add one of my packages to your archive?

  I don't want to go through the hassle of setting up all the 
interrogation/obfuscation necessary to cover my ass as far 
as export law goes.  If you already have the mechanisms in 
place, I'd much rather take advantage of that.
