https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=285830 --- Comment #8 from p5B2EA84B3@t-online.de --- That is where we are (taken from PEP-0011): Tier 3 STATUS Must have a reliable buildbot. At least one core developer is signed up to support the platform. No response SLA to failures. Failures on these platforms do not block a release. Target Triple Notes Contacts x86_64-unknown-freebsd BSD libc, clang Victor Stinner This is what is needed: Tier 2 STATUS Must have a reliable buildbot. At least two core developers are signed up to support the platform. Changes which break any of these platforms are to be fixed or reverted within 24 hours. Failures on these platforms block a [Python] release. There are some heavy implications and burdens with that, right? But I think about the profits FreeBSD could have with two core developers. I do have the non ending struggle in mind which each upgrade of the default Python version in the ports, and the struggle with CPython. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
