Yes, there are conflicts with the versions and my qt3 package doesn't account for them at the moment. I plan on fixing that before they enter the tree. We made the decision only to support one version of qt/kde installed from ports at the same time. It's a nightmare otherwise especially when we would like to conform with hier(7) too.
