No, that should be avoided, if possible.

I don't know how much it will really help, but as long as the addresses
aren't made more obscure than the example you show above (where they are
still easy to read for humans), it's fine with me.

The new mailman archives uses an obscuration like the one you propose,
but the old mailing list interface doesn't, though it doesn't have a
mailto link either.

So the old mailing list archives, cvsweb, and GNATS web interface needs
to be looked at if someone whishes to make these changes...
