https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=200904 Bug ID: 200904 Summary: crash in scif_cb_domain_device_removed when disk goes away Product: Base System Version: 11.0-CURRENT Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: allanjude@FreeBSD.org Created attachment 157803 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=157803&action=edit Screenshot of panic I've now seen this crash twice in a week One of the disks on my isci(4) controller is going bad, and sometimes hangs and times out on the controller. When this happens, and the controller goes to remove the device, it panics the system. I wasn't able to use the debugger prompt because I had to reset the IPMI interface to get it to let me connect, so lost the USB keyboard. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
