Dont bother with a second vendor branch. We're changing vendors and are not
doing any more CSRG imports. In fact, there is no vendor branch rc.shutdown
and the one in rc was just a shortcut for 'cvs add' and isn't a real vendor
import.
Second vendor branches (eg: 1.1.2.*) cause **way** more trouble than
they're worth.
