I did not tested this case recently, but I suspect it may have been fixed already. hselasky (hps) knows this better than me. It looks so far Azure doesn't live migrate a VM from a host to another host= . I suppose this bug should not block you from using SR-IOV (i.e. Accelerated Networking) on Azure.
