I think the time is getting close for a 1.4 though, sounds like Alexey and Bill have nailed down most of the bugs. I'm just the guy with the computer, but Greg's the > lead on adding new developers... Adding new developers is good, I see big problems with public read access though. Specifically: 1. There is no way from the CVS server standpoint to insist that people have agreed to the SCSL. The only way to do it is to add people by hand, which becomes a huge drain on resources. 2.
