(in ubuntu try "noapic nolapic" as kernel-parameters) and are you using the xorg-nv-driver or the closed-source nvidia-one ? what about irq-conflicts ? try taking out every other card except the videocard and see what happens -- grtjs, albi gpg-key: lynx -dump http://scii.nl/~albi/gpg.asc | gpg --import
