I use and like Postfix (www.postfix.org) and Courier IMAP
(http://www.inter7.com/courierimap/).  I like Courier IMAP because it
also provides POP3 and IMAP over SSL.  

For the webmail part, I am torn between the Courier SqWebMail (see
reference on the courier IMAP page) and SquirrelMail
(http://www.squirrelmail.org/).  

I use the apache13_ssl port.  Works fine.

Most, if not all, of the above are in the ports tree.
