Yesterday i had problems too, i couldn't open www.freebsd.org with a browser, but pinging it was possible. I thought that my ISP was the problem so i switched to the other one (we have 2 ISPs in the office) and then again the page did not work. I'm just writing to tell you that you are not alone :) I'm located in bulgaria. (the bulgarian mirror worked fine)
