Let's just assume that he means mail to the mozilla.org lists.

Netscape or mozilla.org are only talking about read-only access to their
CVS tree. So what "help" is required? We could do it for them, no sweat,
but don't want to lose control.

I'll try sending mail to suggestions@mozilla.org asking what help they
want. I guess that if there is a lack of communication on our part, we
should try to address that.
