Will things like this make it to -stable, and thence to 2.1-RELEASE (whenever
that is)?
And as long as I have your attention, are there, anywhere, any kernel
debugging hints for FreeBSD? For example, tricks to examining data
structures via DDB or in a crash dump, or how to identify the process
that crashed, or how to get a stack trace for another process, or things of
that nature? I'm going to put my head to tracking down these crashes that
have been keeping me from being able to run News, and any help anyone can
give me, or pointers in the right direction, would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.
